Following the suspension of court proceedings on 22 January 2021 due to COVID-19 outbreak, the courts have largely resumed their activity today 6 April 2021 (although some exclusions still apply in specific cases such as foreclosures, insolvencies and termination of dwelling leases).
Administrative and tax procedures (administrative nature) which original deadline ended during the suspension period can now be submitted within 20 business days counted from today. The later does not apply to penalty administrative procedures which continue to follow the general suspension of deadlines regime.
